Communicating change
CLIENT: ALTRAD
As a responsible business, Altrad turned to us to put employee engagement, sustainability, and social impact, at the heart of their strategic change communications and business growth.
Altrad is a leading international infrastructure business.
They develop innovative solutions to some of the most complex problems we face in creating a sustainable future.
The context
Altrad is a leading international infrastructure business, and a well-respected voice in the energy transition.
The business has been undergoing a period of huge growth and transformation, with a number of major acquisitions and thousands of talented people joining the business.
With a team of over 15,000 people across the UK, Nordics, and Ireland - both onshore and offshore - Altrad wanted to further build their culture as a responsible business, and engage teams across all areas of the business in their strategic vision and growth plans.
What we did
As a strategic communications consultancy specialising in engineering and infrastructure, we’ve been working with Altrad since 2020 to transform their internal and external communications.
This has included developing a new way to talk about the business and its impact on the world, conducting employee stakeholder engagement interviews, developing the narrative for key communications around strategy and sustainability, and providing strategic direction to a number of campaigns including health and safety, mental health, apprenticeships, and the 40th anniversary of the business.
“We engaged Really Good Things to support the delivery of a number of strategic change programmes.
They nailed it.”
Peter Hughes, Altrad Executive Vice President, Client Services, Strategy, and Marketing and Communications
