Telling stakeholders about digital transformation

NETWORK RAIL

As part of the digitalisation of the railways, and their work to create a low-emission railway, we helped Network Rail to develop a way to talk about how they are putting technology and Digital Twins at the heart of operations.

Digital Transformation with Network Rail - Really Good Things

We worked with Network Rail to develop a new way of talking about the company’s digital transformation, including digital twins and intelligent infrastructure programme.

The context

As part of a major digital transformation programme, Network Rail needed a way to communicate the complexities of the programme to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, from staff to passengers.

What we did

Through holding a learning and discovery session with the core Network Rail digital transformation team, we were able to turn the most complex of information into easy to understand statements to underpin internal communications; increasing engagement with the new digitally led processes and systems across Network Rail’s operations.

Services: internal stakeholder workshops, audience mapping, stakeholder insights, narrative development, positioning statements, messaging frameworks.

Communicating the benefits of new digital systems to transform decision making, performance, efficiency, cost, service, safety, and sustainability.
